CSS Tactical is committed to the safety and security of you and your family; therefore we are always on the lookout for ways in which we can use technology to keep you and your family safe.

In keeping with this commitment, CSS is proud to announce the integration of the very popular Home911 panic button system into our network.

Now you and up to 9 other family members (10 in total) can turn all of your cell phones into panic buttons linked directly with CSS Tactical.

By holding down one of your cell phone panic buttons, an “Alert” is instantaneously sent through to our control room, and in some cases directly to a vehicle in your street. It will even tell us “who” in your family sent the panic alarm.

In fact, we understand the peace of mind you might get if you as the head of the household are also alerted…so not only will CSS be notified, but you can choose to alert 8 “other” friends / family / neighbours that you or one of your family members are in a distress situation.

Here is how it works

Once you (the main member) have received an SMS letting you know you have been activated,
1. Add your household members, wife, daughter, son, housekeeper etc.
2. Add “alert recipients”

(at this point we can add in a simplified user manual or direct them to a download)

then

*31#0825814499 is programmed by the users onto the number “5” speed dial of their cell phones. When held down for 4 seconds, their phone dials the Home911 server, it rings once and the call is disconnected ie free. Due to caller ID we know which family member pressed the panic button, and the Home911 server sends an “Alert” message to CSS Control Room, as well as your 8 or 9 “other” programmed “Alert Recipients”…all within 30 seconds!

The message: " *ALERT!* Jamie 0861234567 Paul Jones 24 Samson Drive Randburg "

The alert recipient knows that it was “Jamie” that pressed the panic button. If the main member had
pressed the button, then only his cell number would appear, as we already have his name listed!

We would like you to try out the Home911 Panic button system.

The cost of Home911 is normally R75 for the entire family, however not only have we fully integrated their system into our control room response software, but we have also negotiated a bulk discount, enabling CSS to give this life saving service to you for a fee of R55.00 (incl VAT) for the entire family. There are no additional costs. It is a huge saving.

The cost of this service will be included in all your future debit order subscription. We have been so impressed by the added value that Home911 has to offer; we feel it is a product that all customers need to implement.

If, however, you feel that you definitely do not want this service, you may discontinue Home911 “at any time” by smsing “opt out” to 33911 or by emailing home911@csstactical.co.za.

• 10 Alert recipients (CSS will be one or two)
• Can Alert friends and neighbours within seconds
• No SMS/call costs
